Massive scale of flooding, landslide, fire and recumbent phenomenon that deserts the social order of the day. So, big effort, enthusiasm, and support has been identified in the southern plain part to help the ignorant, poor, untouchables, madhesi, woman, elderly and minority group, where life is totally devastated by the natural disaster (mainly flash flood) making them landless & homeless. Due to their no contact with higher level bureaucrats or any politicians, they are forced to live a disserted life.
