FSCN has been working for socially excluded, marginalized, discriminated, poor, ignored and vulnerable groups of the society especially dalit, disadvantaged ethnic groups and socially and economically backward population from the time of its inception. Within this target group the focus will be women, children and handicapped from dalit and disadvantaged groups.
