FSCN is a well managed, participatory and autonomous organization. It is run with the common conscience of its members. It can never turn deaf ears to the voices of its stakeholders. Therefore, it organizes Strategic Planning Workshop regularly. Every year it organizes Annual General Meeting and therein General Convention every three years. The executive body is elected from the General Convention.
Staffs are the parts of the organization without which the organization can’t function well. Therefore, FSCN regularly organizes trainings for its staffs as well as for its members. There is an opportunity of exposure visits for the staff. The suggestions and feedbacks provided by the stakeholders, staffs, members and donor agencies are accepted and implemented with an open heart.
Funding Agencies had done an Image Survey of FSCN in the year 2004. The survey has proved that FSCN is popular in its project areas. Its activities are effective and transparent. The survey has added an extra energy to the FSCN for running additional programs in the various areas of the country.
